E-LEARNING COURSE CATALOGUE THAT IS INCREASINGLY SUSTAINABLE AND ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The \u201c<strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Stanca Law<\/span><\/strong>\u201d\u00a0is a 2004 law (Official Gazette No. 13 of 17 January 2004) focused on \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>Provisions to facilitate access by persons with disabilities to IT tools<\/strong><\/span>\u201d.\u00a0In particular, the Law and its technical annexes mainly focus\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>on the<\/strong><strong> accessibility of IT services<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0of the Public Administration, with the objective of <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>removing barriers<\/strong><\/span> that limit or prevent disabled people from accessing digital tools and content.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The more recent <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2020\/07\/16\/20G00096\/sg\"><strong>Decree-Law<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>16 July 2020, No. 76<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, containing\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>urgent measures for simplification and digital innovation <\/strong><\/span>extended the rules established for the Public Administration to specific\u00a0private entities, introducing Art. 3 1-bis, which states:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cThis law shall also apply to legal entities that offer services to the public through websites or mobile applications, with an average turnover,\u00a0over\u00a0the last three years, exceeding five hundred million euros\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The entities to which the rule applies are required\u00a0to <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">\u00a0<strong>comply with the provisions set out by Law 4\/2004\u00a0within 3 years of the entry into force<\/strong><\/span> of the aforementioned decree (with progressive steps up to 2025)<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>WHAT MAKES AN E-LEARNING COURSE \u201c<em>ACCESSIBLE<\/em>\u201d?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the legislation, services created through IT systems that have the following <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>requirements<\/strong><\/span> are <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>accessible<\/strong> <\/span>:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">accessibility<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>to the content of the service by the user<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>usability\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>of the information offered, characterised by:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">ease and simplicity of use<\/span><\/strong>, ensuring that the actions to be carried out to obtain services and information are always uniform with one another;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>efficiency of use<\/strong><\/span>, ensuring separation between content, presentation and interface operating methods, as well as the possibility of making information available through\u00a0<strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">different sensory channels (visual, auditory, multilingual, etc.)<\/span>;<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>effectiveness of use and responsiveness to user needs<\/strong><\/span>, ensuring that the actions to be carried out to correctly obtain services and information are independent of the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong><em>device\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span>used for access;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>satisfaction in use<\/strong><\/span>, ensuring access to the service and information without unjustified inconvenience or constraints for the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>WHY FEEL INVOLVED?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given the regulatory parameters, the law does not currently impose <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>change<\/strong><\/span> on all companies; however, the issues of <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>social sustainability and accessibility<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0have long been in the spotlight, and CSIA, by offering\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>digital applications for training<\/strong><\/span>, cannot fail to address these important inclusive aspects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>When offering our courses, our first concern is to provide a pleasant and useful experience for the person who will follow them.
