For faster access, it is recommended to type the address directly into the browser, avoiding access through the INL website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access to the Portal:<\/strong><br \/>\nAccess is available exclusively through <strong>personal SPID<\/strong> or <strong>CIE<\/strong>, in line with identification regulations. If the obliged party does not have SPID or CIE, it will be necessary to delegate an authorised third party. The latter must hold the self-certifications and substitute declarations attesting possession of the necessary requirements, provided by the obliged party. The delegated person must declare that they hold these documents, but will not be responsible for their content.<br \/>\n<strong>Main functions of the Portal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Authentication via SPID\/CIE<\/strong> to access the \u201cCredit-based Licence Application\u201d service.<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to <strong>save a draft<\/strong> of the application, which can be modified in subsequent sessions until final submission.<\/li>\n<li>Generation of a <strong>Licence issue receipt<\/strong> after submission of the application, containing the Tax Code, company name of the obliged party and the associated Licence code.<\/li>\n<li>Display of a <strong>list of processed applications<\/strong>, with references to Tax Code, company name and application status (\u201cDraft\u201d or \u201cSubmitted\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Self-certifications and substitute declarations:<\/strong><br \/>\nFor parties already active on construction sites, it will be possible to send <strong>self-certifications by certified email (PEC)<\/strong> to <strong>dichiarazionepatente@pec.ispettorato.gov.it<\/strong> until <strong>31 October<\/strong>.
