Twelve areas, a single way of working
Safety, health, environment, training, compliance: in a company these topics do not live in isolation. A risk assessment calls for health surveillance, a management system calls for training, an environmental procedure calls for deadlines and documents that touch several departments. This is why CSIA does not operate as a consultant in a single domain, but as a technical partner covering the entire range of obligations.
Each service can be activated on its own or in combination with the others: the company chooses where to start and the scope grows only when needed. What does not change is the method — fieldwork analysis, defined contacts, monitored deadlines and orderly documentation, whatever the area of intervention.

When safety, occupational medicine, environment and training are entrusted to different providers, the company becomes the connecting point: it collects documents, reconciles deadlines, repeats the same information to parties who don't talk to each other. Every step is an opportunity for delay or inconsistency.
With CSIA the coordination is internal: the technicians who follow the various areas work on the same company data, share inspections and assessments, and build a single documentary overview. The result is concrete — faster processes, documents consistent with one another and a single contact who knows the company as a whole, not just their own file.
How we start a service
Whatever the area, activation always follows the same path: first we understand, then we propose, then we provide oversight over time.
Initial analysis
Site inspection and discussion with the company contacts to capture the situation: what is compliant, what is missing, what is expiring.
Operational proposal
An action plan with clear priorities, activities, timelines and costs. The company knows what will be done, by whom and when.
Activation
Start of the agreed activities: assessments, appointments, applications, courses. Every step is documented and shared.
Ongoing oversight
Monitoring of deadlines, regulatory updates and company changes. The service stays alive; it does not end at handover.
