Management and organisation of construction site safety
CSIA supports companies, clients and contractors in managing construction site safety, helping to prepare the main technical documents, organise activities, coordinate operations and verify the applicable procedures. The aim is to contribute to orderly site management, reducing health and safety risks for workers and supporting compliance with the obligations required by law.
Construction site safety documents
A document that describes the work cycles planned on site, identifies any critical and interfering phases and defines the actions needed to prevent or reduce risks to workers' safety and health.
A document containing the minimum information required by Annex XV of D.Lgs. 81/2008 as amended, setting out the measures to be adopted in the site activities carried out by the executing companies.
A document provided for specific site situations where the PSC and POS are not present. It serves the same purposes, replacing both plans in the cases provided for by law.
File
A document that gathers the information useful for the prevention of and protection from the risks to which workers may be exposed, including during any later works on the structure.
CSIA supports coordination activities during the execution phase, verifying that the executing companies and self-employed workers apply the provisions of the Safety and Coordination Plan and follow correct working procedures.
Documentation only has value if accompanied by concrete site management. Operational coordination is the step that turns technical documents into procedures that are actually applied.
Support in managing building works
CSIA also provides consultancy in managing building works, supporting the client with the technical and administrative obligations connected to carrying out the works.
Authorisations for carrying out the works
Application for municipal authorisations for carrying out building works: DIA, SCIA and CIL, depending on the type of work and the applicable local regulations.
Occupancy permits for buildings
Support in preparing the documentation needed to apply for occupancy permits, at the end of the works or for changes of intended use.
Authorisations for permanent and temporary advertising
Handling of applications for installing signs, advertising structures and signage, both permanent and temporary, in compliance with municipal provisions.
Technical support for more orderly and controlled construction sites
Proper construction site safety management requires consistent documents, applicable procedures and coordination between all parties involved. CSIA supports the client in preparing the necessary documents, verifying activities and organising the technical obligations related to the site and the building works.
